Las Vegas Strip Bus

The Las Vegas Strip Bus is called the Deuce, because it's a double decker bus. It runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from the Sunset Boulevard and Las Vegas Boulevard to Downtown, and stops often on the Strip. The longest you'll wait is about 17 minutes between 2:00 am and 5:00 am, and 7 minutes between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm, with the frequency of the buses varying by the time of day.

Other Forms of Transportation

Hard to believe but there was a short time in the mid 1980s when it was possible to ride in a horse-drawn carriage on the Las Vegas Strip. This ended fairly quickly, probably because of the worries about the safety of the horses and traffic. Another idea that came and went quickly were pedicabs. In 2003 these modern rickshaw type vehicles operated for a short time until they were driven out of business because of traffic and safety concerns.
